Training the Next Generation of Teen Mental Health Clinicians
At Lumen, we believe strong clinicians are developed through meaningful experience, thoughtful supervision, and opportunities to put what they’re learning into practice.
Our internship program provides graduate-level students in Social Work and Clinical Mental Health Counseling with hands-on experience working within a teen-focused behavioral health setting.
Interns become part of the Lumen team and gain experience alongside clinicians providing adolescent mental health services.
This is more than an opportunity to observe. Interns are supported in developing their clinical skills through direct experience, supervision, collaboration, and ongoing learning while becoming more confident in their work with teens and families.
