About the Team
We're Here When You're Ready
Finding the right support can feel overwhelming, especially when you're not sure what kind of care you or your teen may need. You don't have to have all the answers before reaching out.
We'll take the time to understand what's going on, answer your questions, and help you determine the next step that makes sense for you or your family.
Who We Support
Adolescents
Teens navigating big emotions, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, school stress, identity, or simply the challenges that come with growing up. We help teens feel understood, develop practical skills, and build confidence in themselves and their ability to handle life's challenges.
Young Adults
Young adults navigating relationships, independence, identity, life transitions, and the uncertainty that often comes with figuring out adulthood. We provide space to better understand yourself, work through what's keeping you stuck, and move forward in a way that feels authentic to you.
Families
When one person is struggling, it can affect the whole family. We work alongside families to strengthen communication, better understand one another, navigate difficult dynamics, and build healthier, more connected relationships.

What Guides Our Work
Compassion
You deserve to feel heard, understood, and cared for. We approach every person with empathy, curiosity, and kindness, creating space for you to be exactly where you are without fear of judgment.
Integrity
Your trust matters to us. We believe in being honest, transparent, and thoughtful in the care we provide, always keeping your well-being at the center of our decisions.
Belonging
There is a place for you here. We want Lumen to be a space where you can show up as yourself and feel welcomed, valued, respected, and accepted for who you are.
Authenticity
You don't have to pretend here. We believe genuine connection matters, and we strive to create relationships where honesty, openness, and being human are always welcome.
Clinical Excellence
You deserve care that's both compassionate and effective. We use evidence-based, developmentally appropriate, and trauma-informed practices while continuing to learn, grow, and provide the highest quality care we can.
Collaboration
You are an active part of your care. We work with you, not simply for you—listening to your goals, respecting your voice, and, when appropriate, partnering with the people and professionals who are important to your support system.
A Way Forward Starts Here
You don't have to know exactly what you need before reaching out—we'll help you figure that out together.
